1/2 cup flaxseed meal
2 tablespoons chia seeds
2 tablespoons Organic Hemp Protein + Fiber
1 tablespoon soy nut butter (Carb Not Beanit Butter)
1 tablespoon sugar-free syrup
1 cup boiling water
